DJYRO, the first DJ turntable for your smartphone, needed a third party, expert assessment of their new toy product and their marketing strategy. ThinkResults worked with the DJYRO team to do a Launch Readiness Assessment, a ten-point assessment covering areas like product readiness, management team readiness and sales strategy assessment.
This Launch Readiness Assessment tool reveals how ready a company is, out of a scale of 100, to launch, and identifies the biggest areas of risk for the launch and therefore the areas needing the most attention in order to launch successfully. The DJYRO team was thrilled with how much they learned about how to position their product for success and the new ideas generated out of the Launch Readiness Assessment. The Assessment has formed the foundation for their new marketing strategy and plans, and informed a new product direction that is proving very popular with toy companies.
